Deloitte University Press is a publication of Deloitte, the largest professional services firm in the world. DUP’s primary goal is to publish the firm’s best thought leadership and demonstrate its expertise in a wide variety of business categories. Matt Lennert, the Creative Director, and his team of designers, Kevin Weier, Joanie Pearson, Sonya Vasilieff, and Emily Koteff Moreano, are charged with pairing cutting edge business research with top level design and visual content. They do it very well, as they are multiple Marcom award winners, recognizing excellence in business design and communications. Rapp artists are regular contributors and our own Stephanie Dalton Cowan contributed to a gold medal!
Stephanie created the branding illustrations for four covers published quarterly for Global Economic Outlook 2015. The branding was designed to show seasonal metaphors using origami shapes of elements such as a snowflake or a leaf and piecing them together with various global currencies.
Stephanie created two accompanying full page illustrations per issue that highlighted the countries’ economic status.
Traci is another favorite of the Deloitte team whose work can be seen on many covers. Traci’s use of metaphors in her work provides compelling visual cues to the article’s subjects.
Eva’s piece was made for an article about global risk management and increased regulation and heightened expectations.
