Anna Godeassi is an Italian illustrator and artist working at the forefront of editorial and commercial illustration. She likes to say she was born with a paint brush in her hand and her passion has never waned. After graduating from Milan’s Instituto Europeo di Design in 2003, Anna launched into a prolific career as a freelance illustrator in Italy, France, Germany, Uk, South Corea, Japan and USA.

Her work has appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe, The Washington Post, The School Library Journal, John Hopkins Bloomberg School,  The American Lawyer, La Repubblica, Ilsole24ore, Elle, Vanity Fair, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Psychologies, Traveller, Donna Moderna, Gioia, Grazia, IoDonna, to name a few, as well as numerous advertising campaigns including Deloitte Insight, Wetransfer, Evoke.org by Melinda Gates, Roche Pharmaceuticals and McDonalds Foundation.

Aside from her editorial and commercial work, Anna is also an accomplished children’s book illustrator, working for top publishers such as: Condè Nast, Hearst, Mondadori, Rizzoli, Giunti, RAI libri, De Agostini, Loescher, Sperling and Kupfer.
