Peter and Maria Hoey created the illustrations and animations for Scholastic’s new anti-vaping campaign with the FDA, The Real Cost of Vaping. They illustrated 5 worksheets cautioning High School and Middle Schoolers about the health risks of vaping, as well as the spot illustrations used in Scholastic’s interactive website, and 5 informational videos. The videos cover topics from how e-cigarettes work, the effects of e-cigarettes on your health, and the advertising tactics manufacturers use to attract young customers.
